Dr. Webb serves as a core faculty member in the Doctor of Occupational Therapy program at ºÚÁÏרÇø of Health Professions (ºÚÁÏרÇø). She received her Post-Professional Doctor of Occupational Therapy degree from ºÚÁÏרÇø and earned a Doctor of Education degree with a concentration in Higher and Postsecondary Education from Argosy University. She completed her undergraduate studies at the State University of New York at Buffalo. She is a licensed occupational therapist and certified aging-in-place specialist with over 30 years of healthcare experience.

Dr. Webb has great regard for the planning, enactment, and improvement of assessment practices in education and is a Fellow of the Northwest Commission on Colleges and Universities Mission Fulfillment Program, which prepares leaders to advance the mission of institutional effectiveness. This fellowship aided Dr. Webb in supporting ºÚÁÏרÇø in her past roles as senior director of program assessment and vice-president of Institutional Effectiveness. Her passion for education fuels her desire to highlight assessment practices that support and provide opportunities for student success.

Dr. Webb has a diverse background with a focus on leadership and administration. Prior to her role in academia, she held regional and national leadership positions in the realm of skilled nursing and long-term care.
