The Registrar’s Office at ºÚÁÏרÇø is committed to supporting every student’s academic journey by safeguarding academic records, facilitating registration, and providing reliable services with integrity and confidentiality. As stewards of your academic information, we’re here to help you navigate key milestones from course registration through graduation.

What We Do

We provide essential services to current students, alumni, faculty, staff, and authorized third parties, including:

Academic Records & Transcript Services

  • Maintain secure, accurate academic records
  • Provide official and unofficial transcripts upon request
  • Verify enrollment and graduation status for employers, licensing boards, and agencies

Registration & Enrollment Management

  • Oversee class registration and enrollment processes
  • Publish academic calendars and manage schedule updates
  • Support students with course add/drop, concentration/program transfers, and status changes
  • Process requests for transfer credit and credit for prior learning

Commencement

  • Coordinate ceremony eligibility and registration
  • Assist with ceremony preparation and logistics, including regalia, lineup and name reading

Diplomas & Degree Conferral

  • Process degree audits, approvals, and conferral
  • Coordinate diploma production and distribution

Academic Operations

  •  Serve as a central resource for students, administration, and academic departments in implementing policies and curricula.
