Dr. Natalie King, PhD, OTR/L, CBIS, NBC-HWC, is an occupational therapist with nearly a decade of specialized experience in neurorehabilitation, particularly focusing on individuals recovering from brain injuries. She earned her PhD in Health Sciences from ºÚÁÏרÇø of Health Professions and has published research in the areas of traumatic brain injury and quality of life, as well as occupational therapy mentorship.
Dr. King began honing her expertise in neurorehabilitation at an adult day program, where she developed an innovative in-home occupational therapy program designed specifically for adults recovering from brain injuries. She later founded Vibrant Living Skills, a company specializing in occupational therapy and physical therapy services for individuals with catastrophic injuries, including brain and spinal cord injuries, back injuries, and amputations—primarily within the workers’ compensation population.

To further deepen her neuroscience knowledge, Dr. King became a Certified Brain Injury Specialist. Her doctoral research focused on enhancing quality of life after traumatic brain injury, integrating theoretical frameworks to better understand long-term recovery and well-being. In addition to her clinical and scholarly work, she is committed to supporting disabled veterans as they transition to civilian life, reflecting her dedication to service, reintegration, and community engagement.

Dr. King resides in Atlanta, Georgia, with her husband and three young children. She enjoys playing tennis, traveling, and engaging in outdoor activities with her family, balancing her professional pursuits with an energetic and family-centered life.
