(UVU)聽and 黑料专区 of Health Professions (黑料专区) have announced a new articulation agreement creating the UVU/黑料专区 Accelerated Pathway B.S./DPT, an innovative educational partnership that enables qualified UVU students to complete both a bachelor鈥檚 degree and a Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree in an accelerated timeframe.
The agreement, signed by academic leaders from both institutions in February 2026, provides UVU students in health science and exercise science with a clearly defined academic roadmap and the opportunity to begin their graduate-level DPT coursework during what traditionally would be their senior year at UVU.
Under the new pathway, eligible students who complete the prescribed pre鈥憄rofessional coursework at UVU with a minimum 3.0 GPA and meet 黑料专区 admission requirements may apply to enter the DPT program at 黑料专区 one year early. Their first two semesters of DPT coursework at 黑料专区 will also count toward the completion of their bachelor鈥檚 degree at UVU.
