Counseling Program Dual Enrollment Addition
The Counseling Program Dual Enrollment Addition Form allows counseling students to add an additional enrollment and be recognized as dual enrollment students within the program. All requests are reviewed by the Registrar鈥檚 Office and sent to your Program Director for approval. This form must be submitted at least 1 month before the start of the next semester and is processed at the end of the semester in which it was submitted.
