Incomplete Grade Contract

An Incomplete Grade Contract is used when extenuating non-academic circumstances (e.g., serious illness or other unavoidable events) prevent you from completing course requirements on time. The contract, which includes a $50 fee, must be submitted to the Registrar’s Office and approved by your instructor and program director.
