Independent Study Contract
This form must be submitted to the Registrar’s Office at least 9 weeks before the start of the semester in which the course will be taken. The proposed syllabus must also be submitted by that date (once the student submits the form, the instructor will receive an email to approve which will have the option to attach the syllabus on their end).
A student may not take more than 10% of the required credits for their program via Independent Study.
