Policies & Procedures

Discrimination, harassment, and sexual misconduct is unwelcome at ºÚÁÏרÇø, and should be reported to the appropriate parties so that it can be investigated, remedied, and addressed to both stop the offense and limit or eliminate further harm to ºÚÁÏרÇø students, staff, and visitors. ºÚÁÏרÇø has created extensive policies and procedures, in compliance with federal regulations, that address harassment, discrimination, and misconduct. These include:

ADA

Disability related discrimination

Harassment or Discrimination

Any harassment or discrimination by protected class.

Campus Diversity Statement

Diversity and inclusion are pivotal to the success of ºÚÁÏרÇø of Health Professions (ºÚÁÏרÇø). ºÚÁÏרÇø commits to being a community which recognizes and values the worth of every person, fosters a welcoming and understanding environment, promotes mutual respect among its members, and encourages individual responsibilities as well as personal rights.

In addition to adhering to all federal and state civil rights laws prohibiting discrimination in private institutions of higher education, ºÚÁÏרÇø recognizes inclusion and diversity in all of its forms, including but not limited to: 2026-2027 University Handbook 9

Complaints or notice of alleged policy violations, or inquiries about or concerns regarding this policy and procedures, may be made internally to an Civil Rights and Accessibility officer.
